Handouts

I have a number of introductory handouts for undergraduate philosophy students that teachers are welcome to adapt (attribution appreciated, but not necessary). Please contact me via email if a different file format would be more accessible for you.

Application Materials

In a world where application decisions are often a bit of a black box, it's helpful to craft your application with a wide range of samples at hand. As I learned firsthand while putting my own applications together, however, example materials can be extremely difficult to come by. To this end, students are welcome to peruse the materials below but are encouraged to seek out other successful samples as well. Please contact me via email if a different file format would be more accessible for you.

PhD Applications

Here is the personal statement I submitted to the University of Toronto.

I applied to 22 PhD programs in the United States and Canada; I was admitted to 4 and waitlisted at 2 others.
